Why the number is different
We buy on agency rates from the properties and suppliers we deal with directly, and a public search page does not. On a four-night five-star stay that gap has been thousands of dirhams rather than tens — which is the entire reason this service exists.
What we will always do:
- Quote the all-in figure, taxes and fees included
- Say plainly if the public price you found is the better one
- Put the room type and board basis in writing before you pay

- Is booking a Dubai hotel through you cheaper than booking online?
- Usually, and sometimes by a lot — we buy on agency rates rather than public ones. Not always, though. We quote the all-in figure and if the price you found yourself is the better one we say so.
- Which Dubai hotels can you book?
- Any five-star property in the city. If you have somewhere specific in mind, send us the name and the dates and we'll come back with the rate.
- Is the free airport transfer both ways?
- No — it is the airport to your hotel, one way, in a luxury van. The return leg is quoted separately and starts at AED 149.
