Where the gap comes from
We buy on agency rates from the properties and suppliers we deal with directly. A public search page does not. That is the whole of the mechanism, and it is not a trick.
On a four-night five-star stay, that gap has been thousands of dirhams rather than tens.
When it is not cheaper
Not always, though. Public rates occasionally undercut agency ones, and a promise that we are always cheaper would be a promise nobody can keep.
So the all-in figure is quoted, and if the price you found yourself is the better one, you get told that.
The van comes with it
Book the stay through us and the luxury van from the airport to the hotel is included, one way.
The return leg to the airport is quoted separately and starts at AED 149. Worth knowing before you assume it is a round trip.
What you get to compare
The quote names the room, the board basis and the all-in number, so it can be held against whatever you were quoted online rather than guessed at.
Full terms come with the quote before anything is paid, and questions about them are better asked then than after the booking.
