Every other passport
We will tell you before you send us anything, rather than after. Most UK, EU and US visitors are given entry on arrival and need no visit visa in the first place. Everything else we run is open to every nationality.

A clear scan, with at least six months of validity left on the passport.
A photograph
Passport-size, on a plain background. A phone photo against a white wall usually works.

Roughly when you intend to arrive and leave. They don't have to be booked yet.
If you would like us to arrange the hotel or the flights anyway, we can quote those alongside the visa, or price the trip as one holiday package instead of four separate bookings.

If something goes wrong
If an application is rejected we tell you the reason and what can be re-filed. Government fees on a submitted application are not refundable, which is exactly why we check the file before it goes in rather than after.
Most of what we catch is dull:
- A passport photo cropped wrong or shot against a patterned wall
- A bio page scan too dark to read
- Passport validity that runs out mid-trip

Neither. The visa is filed on its own, so there is nothing else you have to book with us to get it. If you would like the hotel and the airport transfer arranged anyway, ask and we will quote all three together.

A single-entry visa covers one entry into the UAE; a multiple-entry visa lets you leave and come back within its validity. The 60-day multiple-entry is AED 849, and the 30-day multiple-entry is quoted on request for your nationality and dates.
