Rejections
If something goes wrong
If an application is rejected we tell you the reason and what can be re-filed. Government fees on a submitted application are not refundable, which is exactly why we check the file before it goes in rather than after.
Most of what we catch is dull:
- A passport photo cropped wrong or shot against a patterned wall
- A bio page scan too dark to read
- Passport validity that runs out mid-trip

- How long does a UAE visit visa take?
- Most approvals come through in 24 to 72 hours once your documents are complete. We tell you the same day if anything in the file needs fixing.
- Do I need a hotel booking or a return flight to apply?
- No. You can apply without either. If you'd like us to arrange the hotel or flights anyway, we can quote them with the visa.
- What documents do you need from me?
