What a UAE visit visa costs, and what quietly gets one rejected

The prices, plainly

A 30-day single-entry visit visa is AED 349. A 60-day single-entry is AED 549 and a 60-day multiple-entry is AED 849. The 30-day multiple-entry is quoted on request.

Those are all-in numbers with government fees included. Rules and government fees do change, so the price you are given is quoted for your nationality and your dates before anything is paid.

How long it actually takes

Most approvals land within 24 to 72 hours once the documents are complete. The qualifier matters more than the number: an incomplete file does not sit in a queue getting slowly approved, it comes back.

You do not need a hotel booking or a return flight to apply. That surprises people often enough to be worth saying twice.

The three things we need from you

There is no long form. The whole application starts with three items sent on WhatsApp.

• A clear scan of your passport bio page, with at least six months of validity left
• A passport-size photo on a plain background
• Your intended travel dates

What actually gets applications sent back

Most of what we catch is dull. It is almost never anything dramatic about the applicant, and almost always something mechanical about the file.

• A passport photo cropped wrong, or shot against a patterned wall
• A bio page scan too dark to read
• Passport validity that runs out mid-trip

Why we check before filing, not after

Government fees on a submitted application are not refundable. That single fact is the reason the file gets reviewed before it goes in rather than after, and why we will tell you the same day if something needs fixing.

If an application is rejected anyway, we tell you the reason and what can be re-filed.

Which passports we file for

Two: Indian and Philippine. Those are the rates above, nothing else has to be booked alongside them, and that is the whole list.

On any other passport we do not file the visit visa, and you will be told that straight away rather than after you have sent your documents. Most UK, EU and US visitors do not need one at all in any case, they are given entry on arrival. Everything else Desert Bling runs, the airport transfer, the hotel and the tours, is open to every nationality.
