What a Dubai airport transfer costs, area by area
Real from-prices out of the fare calculator, for the four areas people actually stay in, and the Abu Dhabi leg too.

These are from-prices, not a quote
The numbers below come straight out of the fare calculator on /airport-transfers: a base fare that covers the first 25 km, plus the road past that at the car's per-kilometre rate. They are real outputs of that pricing logic, not a rate card written separately.
They are still a from-price rather than a booking. The exact figure is confirmed in writing against your actual pickup address and flight before anything is paid, the same as any other quote on this site.
Dubai airport to Downtown, Business Bay, Marina and Palm Jumeirah
Downtown and Business Bay both sit inside the 25 km every base fare covers, so they price at the base: AED 120 in the Hyundai Staria, AED 180 in the Mercedes-Benz V250 or Toyota Granvia, AED 250 in the BMW 7 Series. The Marina and the Palm are further out, so a handful of metered kilometres sit on top.
- Downtown Dubai, about 14 km: from AED 120 (Staria), AED 180 (V250 or Granvia), AED 250 (BMW 7 Series)
- Business Bay, about 15 km: from AED 120, AED 180, AED 250
- Dubai Marina, about 33 km: from AED 146, AED 220, AED 298
- Palm Jumeirah, about 36 km: from AED 156, AED 235, AED 316
Where the 25 km line falls
Every car's base fare buys the first 25 km, because a short airport hop at a few dirhams a kilometre would not cover a chauffeur waiting at arrivals. Past 25 km the meter starts: AED 3.25 a kilometre in the Staria, AED 5 in either van, AED 6 in the BMW 7 Series.
From DXB that line falls somewhere around Al Quoz. Downtown and Business Bay are inside it and pay the base. The Marina is about 8 km past it and the Palm about 11, which is the whole of the difference in the list above.
The Abu Dhabi leg
Abu Dhabi airport to Dubai is mostly metered road, so the distance does nearly all of the work. To Downtown, about 115 km, it is from AED 413 in the Staria, AED 630 in the V250 or Granvia, and AED 790 in the BMW 7 Series. To Palm Jumeirah, about 105 km, it is from AED 380, AED 580 and AED 730.
That is the same four-airport coverage as the DXB routes above, priced the same way, just over a longer distance.
